River & Co. specialize in creating customized pet tags. They came to us looking to streamline their ordering process as their order amounts had grown quickly and become difficult to manage. We created a simple online store where they can display their designs, process payments automatically and manage their orders.

As River & Co. generate most of their business through organic social media marketing and partnerships with other brands we also linked their products to Instagram and Facebook allowing users who see their posts to order directly from the posts with a simple click.

We are now working with them to explore other ways to generate sales such as paid advertising.
