MetroVancouver at the PNE - QR Code Scavenger Hunt

The Brief

Metro Vancouver has a lot of different departments and they’re all trying to engage with their audiences. Therefore, our brief was to come up with a way that we could engage with and elicit information from an audience to create a useful database.

Considerations…

  • A family-friendly fun outdoor activity

  • To entertain and educate audiences

  • To collect data and contact information

The Result

A fun-filled informative outing for our audience that simultaneously live-fed a report direct to the client every fifteen minutes to assist in their better understanding of the public’s opinions and feelings.

The Process

By placing QR Codes around the event, we were able to build an interactive scavenger hunt for our audience, ensuring that they would learn information from each department in order to answer specific questions, complete the game, and enter their contact information in order to enter into a draw to win a Pedego Bike.
