The Brief
To create a portrait and landscape-sized poster to promote Two Rooks Mate new production titled “Exhibition”.
Considerations…
No photography assets to use so building the poster from scratch
Agreement by the client to update the branding lightly
Very clear vision explained by the client

Branding Facelift
While creating the poster we offered to make some minor tweaks to the Two Rooks Mate’s logo as there were some small tweaks to proportions and the font that could balance things out a bit more and given the level of the productions they are producing we wanted to make sure their visual assets lived up to that standard too.

The Poster
We used AI!
As this production is in its infancy, and the people at Two Rooks Mate have been hard at work producing the script, there were no visual assets to work from. So, we decided what better time to have a go at this controversial AI!
Furthermore, given that Derek from Two Rooks Mate is a master of wordsmithing we thought asking him to describe his vision in detail would be perfect to prompt the AI generator.
